Candace Smith is an accomplished individual with an extensive background in education and leadership. She boasts various certifications, including Instructional Systems Development and Emotional Intelligence, and an AFSO21 Green Belt in Project Management. Candace has studied at several institutions, including The Franciscan University, Community College of the Air Force, and Ashford University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership. She then went on to pursue a Master's of Education in Teaching from Trident.

Candace has had a successful career in the United States Air Force, having held various leadership positions such as the Thunderbirds Chief Enlisted Manager and Superintendent at the USAF Profession of Arms Center of Excellence. She was also a Squad Leader at the AF Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy and a Charlie Squad and Ale Team Lead. Candace has a wealth of experience in project management, human resources management, teaching, and education.
