Anil Khanduja is a seasoned IT leader with more than two decades of experience in leading global IT transformation and operations management programs. He currently serves as the Head of Solutions for the Retail and Consumer Goods Industry vertical for the Americas, partnering with strategic customers in their transformation journey towards an agile and lean digital ready IT organization. Anil's experience spans across delivery, solutions, and new business development, making him an expert in new age technologies for digital and cloud-enabled IT. Before taking up leadership roles, Anil worked as an IT professional specializing in Enterprise systems, having managed the delivery of large IT programs and engagements in several industry verticals. Anil holds an MBA (PGDM) in IT and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Electronic Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU. Currently serving as the Vice President at HCL Technologies, Anil has previously worked as an Associate Vice President at HCL America Inc.
