Marc Grzeskowiak is a seasoned technology executive with a diverse background in software engineering and business management. As the VP of Technology for BloomNet, he oversees the technology line of business, which provides technology products and services to the independent network of BloomNet Retail Florists. Marc's role combines the responsibilities of a CTO and the General Manager of the Technology division, working with sales and marketing to increase the penetration of BloomNet's cloud-based floral retail point of sale, multi-tenant ecommerce solution, and marketing services.

Marc has extensive experience in cloud-based order management, migration from Oracle CRM On-Demand to Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Solutions, and deployment of Magento for wholesale B2B businesses. He is well-versed in the last mile and contactless delivery, including integrations, and roll-outs with several delivery providers. His expertise also extends to multi-tenant ecommerce platforms, enabling local retailers to capture and grow their own local business.

Marc's offerings are primarily deployed to business customers under a Software-As-A-Service model, B2B2C, and B2B. He holds an MBA Certificate for Tech Executives from the Boston University Questrom School of Business and a BS in Management, Finance, Information Systems from Boston College.
