Swaminathan Ranganathan is a seasoned engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Ranganathan has a background in Computer Science and has studied Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC, and BE from the University of Madras.

Ranganathan has worked in various organizations and has led teams in defining and designing applications, frameworks, management infrastructure, northbound interfaces, and control planes for products in Security, Networking, and Enterprise space. He has held positions such as Engineering Leader at Rafay Systems and Senior Manager Engineering at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Ranganathan has also been associated with several software companies such as Versa Networks Inc., Infineta Systems, Nevis Networks, and HCL Technologies in various positions from NMS Lead/ Developer, Software Architect, Principal Software Engineer, Technical Lead/ Senior Software Engineer to Software Engineer.

His expertise lies in developing software, managing infrastructure, and defining northbound interfaces such as WebUI, SNMP, CLI, NetConf, and control planes for products. His experience in the networking and security domain, along with his leadership skills, has been instrumental in product development, operations, and building high-performing teams.
