Grace Isford is a New York-based Principal at Lux Capital, specializing in investing in web3, data infrastructure, and AI/ML applications in healthcare and financial services. Her main focus is on companies that employ cutting-edge technology to enhance individual efficiency and productivity. With a deep interest in crypto and blockchain infrastructure, Grace invests in start-ups that are attempting to create the next-gen web3 stack, as well as data and machine learning companies committed to personalized user experiences and the renovation of traditional industries. She has previously worked at some of the most prominent Silicon Valley venture capital firms, including Canvas Ventures, Handshake, and Stripes Group. As a Mayfield Fellow and Co-President of Stanford Women in Business, Grace graduated with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. She is an advocate of increasing the success of female and non-binary founders and funders and serves on the board of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program. Additionally, Grace is an avid runner and cyclist and hopes to re-learn Japanese.
