Robin Lickliter

Robin Lickliter is the Chief Experience Officer at Sparks, a leading brand experience agency. She oversees all aspects of the Events division, including sales growth, business operations, and team management. Under her leadership, the division has experienced exponential sales growth and team expansion, partnering with Fortune 100 brands and leading global initiatives with Google. Robin is driven by creative marketing strategies and smart brand marketing, playing an Executive Sponsor role in overseeing all facets of client event programs to ensure timely, budgeted, and message-aligned activations and productions. She is also a co-founder of Sparks Women in Events initiative and an Executive Sponsor for the Sparks 'Be YOU' DEI ERG. Outside of work, Robin finds joy in gardening, fashion, culinary creations, and spending time with family and friends.
