Zoe Welz, an engineer and entrepreneur, has a passion for leveraging education, advanced technologies, and community to create a more sustainable and equitable world. Her focus on interdisciplinary solutions and mentorship has led her to succeed in various ventures. Her background in environmental engineering has allowed her to gain expertise in water treatment, soil science, hydrology, biocentric design, advanced technologies (hardtech, IoT, LoRa, blockchain), regenerative agriculture, climate action, design thinking, community building, public speaking, storytelling marketing, and sustainable construction. Zoe has worked for different organizations, including Techstars, where she served as a Pipeline and Sourcing Intern and a Startup Pipeline Coordinator. She was also the CEO and Co-founder of Drovr and worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & President at Black Lab Sports, LLC. Zoe is an accomplished individual, and her former internships in Environmental Engineering, Undergraduate Research, and Engineering Consultancy speak to her well-roundedness. Her leadership skills also shone through when she was an Instructor at University of Colorado. <br><br>
