His expertise ranges from governance and project management to systems analysis, consulting, networking, and information security. Anderson has spent 17 years in Higher Education, working as a CTO/Director of IT where he managed a team of roughly 20 professionals, producing a complete educational management system with online support tools. As a DBA MS-SqlServer, he is skilled in database administration from version 6.5, programming T-SQL, and integration of systems. Additionally, Anderson is a proficient analyst and developer of desktop, web and mobile systems, with research focus and experience in webservice, geoprocessing, and automation.

Currently, Anderson serves as CTO of Statum, an IT company specializing in cloud services and database management, as well as custom system development and IT consulting. He is an ANPPD member and an educator in the areas of Databases, Security, and Systems audit.
