Pieter Lammens is a seasoned executive with 19 years of experience in leadership roles. He is a co-founder and Director of Lafayette Plug and Play & Lafayette Brand Booster accelerators, where he spearheads venture investments and sourcing, acceleration programs, corporate development, operations, and communication with a team of 11. Pieter's expertise spans across various domains, including strategy, M&A, sales, product development, team management, training, and partnerships. His experience includes five years as a Country Manager for a Japanese telecom group, followed by three years as a Founder & Head of Product and Marketing of a VC-backed Luxury Mobile Phone Licensing Agency. Pieter holds an MBA in General Management from INSEAD and a Master's in E-Business Marketing from KEDGE Business School.

Pieter has held several advisory roles and served on the Director's Board for Galeries Lafayette. He has invested in several startups, including Artifakt (recrute), Joko, Miuros, Stockly, OWNEST, Qopius, and DeFINE Network EU. He was a Deal Flow Analyst at Insead Business Angels France and a Regional Manager for Asia Pacific at DOCOMO Digital. He has also trained top executives, lectured at conferences and trade shows, and evangelized new technology.
