Julia Zerwes is an accomplished financial manager with a rich experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, investor relations, and funds administration. She has a degree in Business Administration from Insper with additional executive education courses from Harvard and Insper. Her skills span across financial planning, valuation, presentations, due diligence, negotiation, and M&A processes. She has a keen interest in startups and tech entrepreneurs and has successfully led fundraising and IPO processes for various companies. Currently, Julia is the Head of Valuation at Lions Trust, where she monitors fair value and approves new operations, capital raise, restructuring, and IPOs for alternative funds such as venture capital, private equity, seed capital, real estate, infrastructure, and timber.
