Marlon Eduardo Rosa is a professional with over 10 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, holding various leadership roles in maintenance, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Marlon is a Licenciado in Geography from UNICAMP and holds an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. At Suzano, he served as Gerente de Operações Florestais and Gerente de Excelência Operacional, where he developed and implemented strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Prior to Suzano, Marlon led the World Class Manufacturing program at Unilever, where he was responsible for coordinating maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement activities for process and utility areas. He also led the production of chemical processes, managed over 45 employees, and achieved the Bronze Award in WCMA. Additionally, Marlon developed and facilitated training programs, created tools for monitoring continuous improvement, and led the implementation of SAP PM.
