Susan previously worked in the advertising industry, creating jingles and logos for various products, before following her true passion for teaching and mentoring others.

As a virtual and on-site Learning Consultant, Susan has hosted daily webinars and learning discussions across the world's largest global organizations using the latest conference software. She is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Procurement and Supply Management, and her learning discussions extend to all D&B product lines, including marketing, compliance, procurement, & finance. In addition to providing customized learning plans, her expertise extends to creating e-learning video-on-demand talk tracks.
