Jessica Walbridge brings a wealth of experience to the education sector as a seasoned management professional. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Education from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration in Business & Public Policy from Wharton Business School, Jessica has had the privilege of working with various renowned organizations and assumed significant leadership roles.

As the Chief Operating Officer at Higher Achievement, Jessica is committed to strengthening US education systems whilst closing the achievement gap for all students. In her previous role as Chief of Staff/Senior Policy Advisor at EducationCounsel, Jessica worked closely with stakeholders to design and execute policies that positively impacted student outcomes. Jessica's experience as a Deputy Chief of Staff at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education-District of Columbia was fundamental in developing sound operational frameworks.

Jessica is a pro-bono management and strategy consultant at COMPASS and Assistant Director of Social Enterprises at The Parks & People Foundation, further evidence of her commitment to making a positive impact in the education sector.
