Kayon Ellis is a higher education professional who has taken on various recruitment and selection responsibilities throughout her career. She currently works as an Assistant Director for Early Career Programs at MIT Sloan School of Management, where she is in charge of implementing initiatives that attract qualified applicants for Sloan's Early Career Programs. As part of this role, she supports recruiting strategies for several programs, including the Master of Finance (MFin), Master of Business Analytics program (MBAn), and the MBA early admission process (deferred admission to MBA program for college seniors).

Kayon is no stranger to the world of higher education and admission, having gained experience in various admissions counseling roles at both Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Rochester.
