Lucas Margotti is an accomplished business professional with a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and human resources. He received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Universidade Federal de São João Del Rei and went on to earn a Master's in Commercial Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Lucas also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Controlling and Finance from Universidade Federal de São João Del Rei.

Lucas has worked for several leading companies, including AMG Brasil, where he serves as a Sales Analyst. Prior to his role at AMG Brasil, Lucas had the opportunity to hone his skills as a Junior Sales Analyst and a Commercial Intern. He also gained valuable experience as a Marketing Assistant at City 10 Telecom and as a Human Resources Intern at Fiat Chrysler Group.

Lucas's passion for business and strategy led him to become a Trainee/Consultant at Dinâmica Consultoria Júnior, where he gained valuable insight into the consulting industry.
