Steve Eller is a seasoned creative professional with over two decades of experience in leading high-performance teams to create dynamic worship experiences that effectively communicate and create artistic expressions of worship through technology. He brings a wealth of experience as an Executive Director of Communications/IT at Discovery Church Colorado where he has played various roles such as Executive Director of Weekend Experience, Interim Worship Director, Production/Communications Director, and Director of Web Properties/Lighting Designer. Steve is a graduate of James Madison High School where he studied General Education before earning a B.B.A. in Business Administration at National University.

Before joining Discovery Church Colorado, Steve worked as a Senior Web Designer at Outreach, Inc. and also owned his own web design company, Steve Eller Web Design. He has also served as the Worship Leader/R- ministry at Rancho Vista Church and First United Methodist Church, where he also worked as a Web Designer. Steve's interest in music led him to serve as the Music Director at North Clairmont Christian Fellowship and the Worship Leader at Hope Church. He began his professional career as a Computer Operator at Hybritech Inc. and later worked as a Fleet Service Clerk/Agent at American Airlines.
