I worked relentlessly within an agile framework to plan, build and release features for our HIPAA compliant SaaS web, mobile and desktop products that offered real value to both our business and our customer, while continuing to have a very hands-on approach with on-boarding high value customers. My efforts resulted in the approval of a pilot program by the Texas Medical Association for the new product I launched and the profitable sale of our flagship product to a competitor.
