Jeff Durante is a seasoned recruiting professional with over a decade of experience, specializing in technical recruiting. He initiated his career in Toronto and later transitioned to the Kitchener/Waterloo area.

With a strong passion for learning and a focus on technical roles, Jeff has demonstrated exceptional skills in talent sourcing and recruitment within fast-paced environments. He excels in conducting interviews across different organizational levels and possesses a track record of success in global talent acquisition.

Known for his ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously and achieve tangible outcomes, Jeff is proficient in utilizing various applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and job boards.

Jeff's educational background includes studies at Leaside High School and a BA in Business Arts from Queen's University.
