Tania McVeety has been a trailblazer in building strong connections between IBM and the academic community. As the North America Leader for IBM Global University Programs, she has been instrumental in fostering partnerships, spearheading initiatives like the IBM Academic Initiative Program that provides free technology access for educational and research purposes, and bringing IBM subject matter experts for guest lectures. With a solid background in Human Resources, she has played multiple roles in IBM, including Senior HR Business Partner and HMO Program Manager. Tania studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations at City University of New York-Baruch College.
