Andrea Propersi

Andrea Propersi, a seasoned investment banker, has had extensive experience in corporate structured finance and capital structure/sustainable finance advisory. With his expertise, he has successfully led deal origination and execution of corporate structured/acquisition finance and sustainable finance transactions both in the EU and the US.

Andrea is known for his investment banking financing products, which include bonds and loans. He also prioritizes sustainable financing and has a deep understanding of capital structure and its impact on companies, which he utilizes to provide innovative solutions for clients. Andrea is a graduate of the Global Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi University in 2018, and he also holds a Master's Degree in Corporate and Investment Banking at SDA Bocconi University and a Master's Degree in Economics and Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Andrea's vast experience has led him to work with reputable organizations such as UniCredit where he previously held different positions such as Sustainable Finance Advisory, Acquisition Finance and Capital Structure Advisory, Global Account Manager Assistant, and Corporate Structured Finance. Additionally, Andrea is a Former Equity Analyst at Twice Corporate Finance.
