Representing a global staffing agency with corporate offices in Tempe, Arizona, I was hired by the Director of Operations to implement a system-based process to address outstanding receivables.  Initially this required establishing positive lines of communications with outer 100 clients ranging from 30 days to 72 months in arrears and representing over 15 million dollars in outstanding receivables.  Within four weeks, I was able to reduce the delinquency by 2.7 million dollars.  In addition, we were able to address another project involving incoming payments (matching them to their appropriate invoice) and reducing 26.6 million dollars in debt by 5.9 million dollars.

I was the customer Support Lead for their “Bill Me Later” Division.  Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, I personally supervised over 100 Customer Support Agents addressing delinquencies, while interacting with both internal and external departments to resolve and establish positive and productive lines of communications.  Part of this process involved establishing a Software enhancement committee.  In addition, I interviewed, hired and trained new agents that became top performers in our department, supervised team of 20 agents, worked closely with Managers to implement process improvements, which resulted in upgrading training procedures and dramatically improved customer relations.
