I joined Shopify Plus in its infancy and was given the opportunity to develop an Outbound sales model. As the market shifts towards a model of Inbound sales, it is those organizations who can identify and create opportunities early in their lifecycle that will prosper.  Some of the key accomplishments in this role include: * Built and grew the Outbound sales organization from 0 to 21 reps * Hired, trained and coached new reps on complete funnel sales * Developed our sales forecasts and worked closely with reps to contribute 118% of yearly target in FY17 * Worked directly with the VP, Sales to develop our organizational culture, key markets and value proposition
