Akm Ismail is a seasoned banker with extensive knowledge in credit and project financing, including real estate transactions. He has a proven track record of successfully restructuring companies utilizing listed shells for Reverse Takeovers. Akm Ismail is skilled in cross-border deals, origination, structuring, negotiation, and arranging finance - loans, mezzanine, and equity.

Akm holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore and has completed A Levels in Physics, Maths, Chemistry, and Biology at the National Junior College.

Currently, Akm serves as a Partner in Commercial Real Estate at London and Oxford Capital Ltd. He is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of all commercial property transactions across all business units and functions globally. Akm manages all elements of property acquisition, performance manages external brokers, suppliers, consultants, and agents in the transaction management of the portfolio, and oversees all financial and management accounting.

Along with his expertise in commercial real estate, Akm Ismail is involved in the structuring of funds, listed bonds, and tokens to explore options to raise capital.
