Leonidas Pekka Kambiselis is an experienced and talented design leader with an impressive portfolio that boasts over 200 projects, from global brands like Panasonic, Wärtsilä, and Nokia, to startups ranging from the Automotive, Healthcare, IT, Financial and Telecommunications industries. With a diploma in Business Development, Business Strategy and Digital Marketing, a Bachelor's degree in 3D visualization, and a Master's degree in New Media, Leonidas has studied extensively, and this reflects in his robust design process, which he developed over the years. He has worked for the top Scandinavian agencies and is well-known for his service design, concept design, UX/UI design, mobile design, user analysis, design workshops, project management, sales, marketing strategy, leadership, backlog refinement, product vision, design risk management, stakeholder management, lean-agile leadership, planning, team building, operations management, and business development skills. In addition, he has given lectures on computer animation and interface design. Leonidas is currently the Head of Design at Accusonus and has previously worked as Head of User Experience at Covve, Principal Designer/Team Lead at Nordea, Lead User Experience Designer at Tieto, and Lead User Experience Designer at Huawei Technologies.
