Jenny Usaj is a Master's degree holder in Global Finance, Trade, and Economic Development from the University of Denver. Her passion for real estate investing began when she was young and used to help her father "fix and flip" houses in Houston, Texas. Today, as the Employing Broker and Owner of Usaj Realty, Jenny enjoys sharing her expertise with clients and helping them grow their property portfolios. She is known for her commitment, engagement, and drive that make her brokerage one of the most highly regarded in the industry. Additionally, Jenny is a strong believer that homeownership should be a goal for everyone, regardless of their social status or income level. As a result, Usaj Realty financially contributes to and organizes the Women’s Build annual event, as well as supports Habitat for Humanity to create sustainable local communities and provide affordable housing options. Jenny lives in downtown Denver with her husband, Anton, and their Great Dane named Chief.
