Kathelijne Beenen is an accomplished Geoscientist, who has earned both her Bachelors's and Master's degree in Applied Earth Sciences and Geoscience & Remote Sensing, respectively, from the prestigious Technische Universiteit Delft. Her extensive educational background has enabled her to gain extensive knowledge of satellite observed water data, earth observation, and geo-information. As an advisor satellite applications at NSO (Netherlands Space Office), she has proven herself to be a valuable asset in helping the organization achieve its goals. Before joining NSO, Kathelijne Beenen has worked as a graduate student at VanderSat and an intern at NEO BV Netherlands. In addition, she has also had experience as a board member and chair of various committees during her time at L.G. Snellius and Technische Universiteit Delft, respectively. Her interest and expertise are focused on satellite observation, earth observation, data analysis, and remote sensing.
