Bennett Kaspar
Bennett Kaspar is a highly educated attorney with expertise in labor and employment law, food law, and animal law. A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, he has also studied at the City University of New York-Brooklyn College and The University of Texas at Austin, earning a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in Government, respectively. Kaspar has worked as an associate at Littler Mendelson and Winston & Strawn LLP, as well as a labor and employment law associate at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP. He has also held positions as a fellow at the Center for Land Use, Environment, and Natural Resources (CLEaNR), a summer associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, a judicial extern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, a research assistant at the University of California, Irvine, School of Law, and a law clerk for the Environmental Enforcement Unit at Orange County District Attorney's Office. Before he pursued a career in law, he worked as a teacher for the NYC Department of Education and as an organizer for SEIU.
