Matt Taylor

Matt Taylor is a seasoned recruitment expert with over a decade of experience in the technology industry. Currently, he serves as Head of Delivery at DP Connect, overseeing operations at both the Bromley HQ and Cambridge locations. DP Connect is a leader in recruiting top talent for disruptive startups, fast-growing SMEs, and FTSE 100 companies in the digital, cyber security, and payments sectors. Prior to this, he served as Resource Team Leader at DP Connect, where he honed his leadership skills and acquired valuable knowledge of the recruitment process. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Software Testing Recruitment Consultant and Team Resourcer at Spring Group plc. Taylor studied Sports Science at the University of Brighton and attended The Leigh CTC Dartford. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf at the London Golf Club.
