Josey had the opportunity to work in various food and beverage outlets at the Marco Island Marriott Resort and Spa, where she garnered a well-rounded education in service excellence. Her skills in mixology landed her features in Coastal Living Magazine, the local newspaper for Marco Island, and Naples Daily News. She previously served as the Food and Beverage Manager at the Resorts World Casino in New York City and The Williamsburg Hotel. Prior to that, she held the positions of Head Bartender, Bartender, and In-Room Dining at Marriott International.
