Sage Canchola-Welch is a highly experienced communications and public relations professional with a specialization in the energy and environmental sectors. She is the founder and principal of Sunstone Strategies, a mission-driven firm leading strategic campaigns for equitable climate policies in California and nationally. Sage has been involved in the issue communications and climate and energy policy arena for over fifteen years, serving as vice president of Cater Communications and overseeing policy and communications work in California and nationally. She is dedicated to advancing solutions to climate crisis by advocating for equitable climate policies through smart and strategic campaigns. Sage has a master's degree in environmental law and policy from Vermont Law School and a bachelor's in history and politics from the University of Melbourne.
