Ahal Besorai is a highly accomplished executive coach and consultant with over 35 years of entrepreneurial, leadership, and management experience. Ahal Besorai started his career in the Israeli army's Elite Navy Seal unit, where he served both as a combat fighter and officer. He then went on to study law at Cambridge University, becoming a qualified solicitor later on. He founded and served as CEO of successful companies such as Inclarity Limited, a telecom and technology service provider, and ForeFront Capital Partners Limited, an investment and advisory firm specializing in challenging business environments. He is a graduate of the HBS Presidents’ Program and has been a member of the Young President Organisation since 2001, where he served as London Chapter Chairman and Education Chair.
