Junior Gaspard, originally from Haiti, is an accomplished and highly skilled professional with a background in civil engineering. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and has completed various professional certifications, including the Engineering-In-Training certification.

Throughout his career, Junior has gained extensive experience in project management, construction inspection, and design, working on various public and private projects. His expertise includes road design, grading and drainage design, and water and sewer infrastructure design. Junior has also worked on various transportation projects, including roadway design, traffic signal design, and traffic engineering.

Junior is highly passionate about sustainability and conservation, and constantly strives to incorporate eco-friendly and innovative solutions in his projects. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, hiking, and traveling with his wife.
