Rachel Busic is a highly experienced label, agency, and artist manager with a passion for building strong relationships, organizing collaborations, navigating roadblocks, and executing on pathways with an ambitious and persistent spirit to achieve goals. With a background in marketing strategy, project management, and psychology from UCLA, Rachel's strengths include creative problem-solving, clear communication, and relentless follow-through. Her experience includes managing client relationships, coordinating internal and external teams, and working at Warner Bros. Records as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Manager, Associate Director, and Associate Manager at Tour D Force Productions. Rachel also worked at iHeartMedia as a programming intern and as a freelance project manager. She loves traveling and exploring new cultures, which has given her the confidence to navigate new cities, strike up conversations with strangers, and push herself out of the comfort zone. In her free time, Rachel enjoys strength training, cooking and baking, making playlists, and cheering on her UCLA Bruins.
