Dmitry Dashchenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, budgeting, risk management, negotiation, staff management, improvement of business processes, quality management, sales management, marketing, and new business development. He holds an Engineer's degree in Electrician Design and Technologist of Electronic Computers from Severodonetsk Technological Institute of East Ukrainian National University, as well as a degree in Quality Management Systems from TUV NORD.

Dashchenko has held various senior leadership positions throughout his career, including CEO at ESI Group Ukraine, Executive Director at DICS Electric, Deputy Director at ABB Ukraine, and Regional Manager at ABB Ukraine, where he managed over a hundred employees. He is currently a Senior Project Manager, Business Consultant, and Export Sales Manager looking for new opportunities.
