She has over a decade of experience serving on Capitol Hill, during which she helped advance outreach efforts and create strategic partnerships between the private sector and congressional committees to harness support for legislation and oversight for national security efforts. She is also the inventor and patent holder for a Southern Magnolia Artificial Christmas Tree. Tisdale is a frequent speaker on topics related to political advocacy, civic engagement and education, Congress, entrepreneurship, national security, career development and leadership, and more. She has studied both law and arts at the University of Mississippi and is a senior advisor at Cambridge Global Advisors.
