Chris Muneio, an experienced private equity investor and entrepreneur, has a vast network and 18 years of experience in mature asset investing. He is skilled in origination, qualification, and execution of complex and critical transaction situations. As the CEO and President of CM Capital, Chris collaborates with clients such as family offices, distressed investors, specialty finance firms, hedge funds, and PE firms. He works on acquisitions, minority equity, and debt advisory services in varied industries such as industrial, consumer, food, business services, healthcare services, and technology-enabled services. Chris has successfully closed deals ranging from divestitures, majority recaps, growth capital, acquisition financing, debt restructuring, structured equity, industry consolidations, special situations, chapter 11's, and article 9's.

Prior to establishing CM Capital, Chris co-founded Studio District Group and served as a managing director at MTN Capital Partners LLC, and a founding member at Comvest Partners. He studied finance, marketing, and economics and obtained a BS degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
