Robert Bacchi is a seasoned technology executive with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of G’Stato LLC, a technology consulting firm that specializes in digital solutions, innovation, and strategic guidance for organizations across various industries. Robert has led CTO/CIO roles in startup, established, and turnaround environments, partnering with CEO’s, Business Unit Leaders, Vendors, and Clients to drive operational efficiencies, revenue growth, and innovation. His industry experience includes Supply Chain, Cannabis, B2C and B2B ecommerce, Retail, Global Logistics, and Last Mile Delivery. His technical experience includes Digital Transformation, SaaS, Application due diligence and deployment, Analytics, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure (Cloud and OnPrem), and DEVOPS.

Robert founded G’Stato with a value-based approach and a belief that building meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their vision and culture, would result in a more effective and productive technology engagement. As a Fractional CIO, he offers strategic advice to executive teams, a service that provides organizations of all sizes the same level of technology leadership available to larger organizations.

Robert Bacchi studied Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science, Mathematics and Computer Science at City University of New York-Queens College. Before founding G’Stato LLC, he held senior technology roles at companies such as Calyx Peak Companies, Good People, M.M.LaFleur, Wellesley Information Services, Choice Logistics, FAO Schwarz, and MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT. He has also been a senior management consultant at EasyLink Services International Corp and served as the Chief Operating Officer at Enable Corporation.
