Better Than Yesterday is a nutritional consulting program that distinguishes your unique hormonal profile so you can make better food, supplement, and exercise choices to accomplish your goals.

The basic design uses the Poliquin Bio-Signature formula to help you understand the breakdown of your hormonal make-up to optimize your health, body composition, strength, and general happiness. By finding out how to manipulate your nutrition timing, supplements protocol, workout regimen you will be more prepared to take on every day life.

The formula for success in Better than Yesterday is sustainability.

A customized blueprint will help you not only get closer to your desired results, but help create habits that will be sustainable for a life time. Everyone has different work, sleep, stress, etc patterns in their day.  What works for one person, may be the complete wrong approach for another.  By doing this for the individual, it is easier to modulate patterns for continual improvement, so you can truly see continued progress

CrossFit Chicago is more than just another CrossFit gym.  Our lead coaches and programmers have a combined 40 years of experience in the field between the 4 of us.  We are a tight knit group who have seen the trends of the CrossFit world and have developed our program to truly get the most out of an hour class.  We run classes for performance, skill improvement, and broad and inclusive fitness for anyone who walks through the door.
