Ilya Edrenkin is an experienced engineering manager with a focus on machine learning. He has a PhD in Psychophysiology/Computational Neuroscience from Lomonosov Moscow State University, and has studied Bioinformatics at Yandex Data Analysis School. Edrenkin has an extensive background working at Yandex, where he held positions such as Head of Voice Technology Development, Head of Self-driving Technology Research and Development, and Software Engineer. He also served as the Head of Machine Learning for the i2x, a Berlin-based startup, where he later became Chief Technology Officer and then Chief Science Officer. Edrenkin is well-versed in building teams that deliver working products, from research prototypes to large-scale production systems.
