Tim Bodner is a Partner at PwC, specializing in the Real Estate Practice. He leads the Real Estate Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services and Deals businesses in the US. With extensive experience in capital markets access, transaction structuring, and execution, Tim offers operational effectiveness in accounting and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and other bases of accounting. His expertise involves initial public offerings, exempt equity and debt offerings, high yield and investment grade debt, tender offers, going private transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Tim has an educational background in accounting and finance, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management at Creighton University. Later, he studied Real Estate Management Executive Education at Harvard Business School.

Tim is an experienced contributor to PwC's Real Estate Deals Insights publication. He also actively participates in national and local real estate trade groups such as the Urban Land Institute, Mortgage Bankers Association, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
