Igal Bawerman is a highly motivated Electronics Engineer, officer and Safety Supervisor with a proven track record in managing Weapon and Simulation systems for over 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at ORT Braude College, a Bachelor of Education in Practical Engineering Teaching at Nazereth Ilit Institute of Technology, and a Practical Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Naval Officer's School in Acre. Moreover, he also studied Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management at University of Derby.

He has expertise in initiating, planning, implementing, and managing RF/general electronics projects and night vision in particular. He is skilled in conducting and building a unique testing system on demand and has knowledge in electronic equipment procurement. Bawerman is equally adept in managing teams, setting goals and objectives, sharing tasks, training, monitoring, and feedback. He has spatial vision with emphasis on details, goal-oriented, independent workability and staff, and excellent human relations.

Bawerman also excels in safety, having experience in quality and safety systems in a large organization of up to 1000 people, enforcing procedures and programs, delivering training and briefings, committee management, incident and accident investigation, familiarity with ISO and quality and safety standards, activities management, out-of-the-box business and organizational thinking, decision making, and process and people motivation. He has a keen interest in a managerial or appropriate role in knowledge, experience, and skills and can bring a lot of experience and knowledge to a new job.
