Ravi Bhusari, co-founder and CEO of Duplays Sports Services DMCC, has made a name for himself in the sports industry by creating the UAE's largest adult sport and social club with over 100,000 registered members. With a focus on affordability and accessibility, he has enabled sports enthusiasts to easily search, sign up, and play organized sports through his platform. He was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2012 and Duplays was named a Dubai SME100 in 2015.

Bhusari holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University. Prior to co-founding Duplays, he held positions at Colliers International and Halliburton. Additionally, he co-founded nook Coworking + Wellness and ekar, and was a non-active partner at Playpass Sports.

Bhusari's recent efforts have been focused on constructing 'pay-to-play' indoor community sport facilities in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
