Dushyant Shahrawat is a FinTech banker and executive advisor with over 20 years of experience advising financial institutions, global tech firms, service providers, and regulators. He has published over 100 reports on market trends impacting financial services, and has been privileged to present at events in 25 countries, including at the Boston Fed, NYSE, and Nasdaq. Shahrawat is actively quoted in the press, including in the Economist, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Financial Times, and has been interviewed on CNBC, Fox News, and NPR. He has also guest lectured at Boston College, Columbia, MIT, and NYU.

Shahrawat is deeply involved in the digital transformation of finance, having advised VCs, PEs, and startups. His expertise lies in examining new business models enabled by digital technology, such as crowdsourced investing, platforms, and asset-light finance, as well as the entrance of unconventional players like FAANGs and Chinese BATs to financial services. He has a strong interest in global FinTech, having spoken at the Singapore FinTech festival at the invitation of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, advised the Chinese government on regulating naked P2P lending in meetings in Beijing and Shanghai, and served on the World Economic Forum's Cybersecurity committee with three workshops in NY, London, and Singapore.

Shahrawat's education includes a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Delhi - SRCC, an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University, an MBA (Sloan Fellows Program) in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Global Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, an Executive Program in Investment Management from Harvard Business School, and a CFA charter holder in Investment Management from the CFA Institute.

Currently, Shahrawat is the Director of Strategic Insights & Advisory, FinTech Investment Banking at Rosenblatt Securities. Previously, he was the Executive Advisor to the second-largest Chinese ecommerce platform with a big FinTech presence at JD.COM, the Managing Director at FINTECH Associates LLC, and served as an Advisor and Mentor at MIT Media Lab. He was also the Principal Executive Advisor for Capital Markets and FinTech at CEB, now Gartner, and served as a Senior Research Analyst at MasterCard, Research Analyst for Securities and Investments at TowerGrp, and an Analyst at Fidelity Investments.
