Jacinta Stark is a highly motivated individual with a desire to make a positive impact. After studying at Tompkins Seneca Tioga BOCES and Newfield Central High School, Jacinta pursued higher education at University of Phoenix and Southern New Hampshire University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Sociology and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.

Jacinta has held various positions in both academic and corporate settings, including Interim Assistant Director at The Cornell Commitment, Program Assistant at Cornell University, Financial Transaction Specialist at University Business Service Center, Teller at Tioga State Bank, and Cashiering and Accounting at Wegmans.
