Jude Cook, a Chartered Accountant, former BT Senior Financial Manager, and co-founder of ShareIn, has become an authority in the crowdfunding industry. With a passion for innovative ventures, Jude has a wealth of experience advising start-ups on business plans, financial strategies, and corporate finance projects. After leaving BT, where he was responsible for the implementation of a Value Based Management (VBM) model for strategic planning and briefing the Main Board on £4bn p.a. investments, Jude founded ShareIn. As CEO of ShareIn's Direct Investment Platforms, he advocates for crowdfunding and is one of the founding members of the UK Crowdfunding Association. A graduate of Durham University with a BSc in Engineering, Jude also pursued further studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology-Sloan School of Management. Before his professional career, he took care of his three children while working as a freelance consultant in SME advisory and as a shareholder value analyst at Deloitte & Touche.
