Robert Kerr is an accomplished Audit Partner at Deloitte, based out of Atlanta, Georgia, with a strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS. With experience in auditing financial statements, Robert works extensively in the media, software/saas, telecom, and technology industries, focusing on venture capital and private equity-backed communities in Atlanta, and for large public and private firms. He is a member of TAG, Venture Atlanta selection committee, and is active in the technology community.

Robert holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Cum Laude, from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. In his role, Robert not only focuses on ensuring financial statements are accurate, but also works with his clients and audit committees to ensure their understanding of GAAP and GAAS.

Robert also dedicates his time to mentoring those around him and investing in those just starting their careers in accounting. He is a member of the Atlanta Chapter Advisory Board at Per Scholas and formerly served on the Corporate Development Society Board at Technology Association of Georgia.
