Francesca Haincourt is breaking boundaries in the music industry as an Artist Partnerships Manager at Universal Music Group and Brands (UMGB). Her BA in Chinese from the University of Leeds has opened doorways to an adept understanding of the music market in East Asia. She began her career as a Sales Assistant at Ted Baker, Senior Sales Assistant at All Saints Retail Limited, and an English teacher at XZR English. Her expertise took her to work as a freelancer for Credit Limits International Ltd, a Social Media Consultant at Songkick, an Intern at Communion Music Group, and a Promoter Services Intern at Songkick. Moreover, she also has experience as a housekeeper at HNWI, and a cocktail waitress at Mook. Since then, she has worked tirelessly to promote and facilitate budding artists through strategic collaborations and partnerships with record labels and musicians, furthering the growth of the music industry.
