Damien Hall is a seasoned financial expert and business partner with over two decades of experience in strategic planning, business modeling, financial analysis, and budgeting. He is a disciplined thinker and a problem-solver who thrives in a challenging environment. Mr. Hall is currently the Senior Director of Finance for sports giants Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts at MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership). He specializes in turning complex data into informative insights that facilitate smart decision-making by top-level management.

Damien is an alumnus of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, SMCS, and Schulich School of Business - York University. In previous roles, he has worked in different operational and financial capacities at Xerox Canada and Nortel, among others.

He has demonstrated his competencies in expense management, external reporting, business transformation, new business initiatives, project management (Six Sigma), mentoring & coaching, and accounting policy & research (U.S. and Canadian GAAP).
