Tanya Maslach is a highly accomplished and versatile professional with a background in science, product management, project management, digital marketing, learning and development, instructional design, customer success, account management, and product strategy. She is a breast cancer survivor, competitive endurance multi-sport athlete, published author, and involved in social impact ventures that improve people's education, health and ability to play outdoors. Tanya studied B.S. in Biology and Political Science at Oregon State University and M.A. in Industrial/Organization Psychology at Alliant International University-San Diego Campus, and has taken additional online courses in subjects such as HCI, Big Data, and Business Statistics and Analysis.

Tanya has held leadership roles at various organizations such as Visible, Healthgrades, Walmart eCommerce, CURA, CLSI California Life Sciences Institute, Location Labs by Avast, STAND Technologies, and GOTRIbal, and has also served as a leadership development manager at Qualcomm and director of learning and development solutions at TalentSmart. Her strengths lie in a research and first-principles orientation, human-centered design approach, growth mindset, optimization for the customer experience and cross-team productivity, building A-team players, high bias for action and quick learning-to-application, and a consistent practice of asking 'why.'
