Vikram Karnani is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing, management, finance, and electrical engineering. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, Management, Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Karnani currently serves as the Executive Vice President and President, International at Horizon Media, where he previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles at Horizon Pharma Plc, including Senior Vice President of the Rheumatology Business Unit and Group Vice President and General Manager of the Specialty Business Unit.

Before joining Horizon Pharma, Karnani held several executive roles at Fenwal, Inc., a Fresenius Kabi Company, including Vice President of Therapeutics and Cell Therapy, Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Director of Strategy and Business Development, and Senior Manager of Strategy and Commercial Development. He also worked as a Consultant at Marakon and held engineering roles at Freescale Semiconductor and Motorola.
